    Thanks for a very informative page, which the mobile money providers should have readily available on their websites (but they haven’t).

    My minor complaint is this: you write as if most of us Zambians hold university degrees. We don’t. The best you can hope for is a Grade 7 (primary school certificate).

    I’ve lived in the UK, where English is the native language. Most notices to the public are passed through what is called a “Plain English Filter”. This ensures that the publisher uses the simplest words that most literate people can understand. Additionally, the sentences used are simple (as opposed to complex or compound sentences).

    Please ask an English Language teacher to analyse your sentences for simplicity and plainness. Your aim, in the present case, is to give ordinary poorly educated Zambians as clear a service as possible.
